How long does a reference take to complete from invitation to report?

Median completion time is around 24 to 48 hours from invitation, depending on referee responsiveness. Brindle handles reminders automatically.

What if a referee won’t respond?

Brindle sends reminders on a configurable cadence. If a referee still doesn’t respond, the recruiter can run the consent and reference over the phone as a fallback. The desk doesn’t stop on one unresponsive referee.

Can we customise the questions per role or per client?

Yes. Unlimited reference templates per account. Build separate templates for blue-collar trades, healthcare staffing, professional contracting, or per-client requirements. Reuse across desks.

Does it integrate with my ATS?

Brindle runs alongside whatever ATS you use today (JobAdder, Bullhorn, FastTrack360, Astute, others). No ATS integration yet. ATS integration is on the roadmap, prioritised against design partner cohort feedback.
