Common questions about Brindle pricing

What counts as a “reference”?

One reference equals one completed reference check, regardless of how many referees were contacted to complete it.

What happens if I go over my quota?

Overage is capped at $2 per item, billed monthly with your plan. No cutoffs, no renegotiation. If you’re consistently running over, that’s a signal to move up a tier; you can do that any time.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for design partner cohort members. CV template setup is included at no charge. The Brindle team builds and uploads your house template during onboarding, so your candidate output is on-brand from day one. (Setup of this kind typically runs $300 to $500.)

Can I change plan mid-contract?

Yes. Move up a tier any time. Moving down a tier happens at renewal.

What if I want to cancel?

Annual plans run for 12 months. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. No card on file during the Free Trial means there’s nothing to cancel until you actively sign up.
